On Friday the 30th of September the European Researcher’s Night was celebrated across Europe. In Groningen, the theme of the night was “Women and Science” with many talks around this topic. The night also included exhibitions on different topics eg. gender cliches, hand hygiene, eating habits in the north of the Netherlands and many more! The ESRs from the UMCG and the project manager attended the interesting talks and exhibitions and got ideas for their participation next year, a goal that we aim to achieve in 2023, not only in Groningen but in other cities where our ESRs are doing their PhD!
