Our ESR14-Alessandro Bonfiglio travelled all the way to Fukuoka, Japan to participate and present his work at the XXIX Congress of the International Society of Biomechanics that took place July 30th to August 3rd 2023.
He learned a lot about various research lines in biomechanics-sports biomechanics, musculoskeletal modelling, clinical biomechanics and motor control. He was also exposed to a wide range of fields encompassing and surrounding biomechanis, ranging from human physiology, neurorehabilitation, wearable devicses, biorobotics and exoskeletons.
For his work, Alessandro was one of the finalists of the David Winter Young Investigator Award!
