Our ESR Marijn Hafkamp just published the last paper from his thesis entitled: “Interpersonal coordination in a ball-and-beam paradigm: Transfer of skill from solo action to joint action”.
In this article, the authors introduce a new method to assess skill transfer from solo to joint action. They found that solo action performance was partially indicative of joint action performance and that better solo performers were more likely to take the lead in the interaction.
